How do you estimate a complete game?

We estimate discovery first when important assumptions remain open, then build a milestone and staffing model around validated scope, content volume, platform requirements and operating needs.

Who owns the source and production assets?

Ownership and licensing are agreed in the engagement. Handover normally includes the source, configuration and documentation required for the agreed team to continue operating the product.
